In Xian I know a guy called Organon he uses the exchange trick to scam people with a false sos glaive.

Also thanks to everybody who have been contributing to this thread.

I caught the following ppl scamming on Babel ( all in Donwhang ) :

- PotionVender
- Potions
- Taiteo
- crystalK

These are all selling characters. The first two names on the list are one and the same person ( told PotionVender i would report him/her, he/she disappeared and 10 minutes later there was Potions ).

after SD told me about him gettin scammed. i thought id try it and i became 1.2mill richer.. during an hour of watching smallville. i therfore promise to ressur 120 people..

EDIT: Photobucket isnt playing nice with me...so to let you know what it says... Stall name is "1000 hp bags". She has a stack of 15 for 1mil.

truthfully i don't htink sending these pictures to admin will do anything.

no matter what game there will always be cheaters and hackers. gm's can't create a perfect utopia you know.

there's no error in stalls or whatever. you just gotta be careful and know what to buy.

a quick fix would be to make the stacks of arrows and pots non-seperatable. yes, i made that word up. no, i will not try to use it in a sentence. err... wait. just did.

Very much true. But an effort can be made to get rid of these ppl as much as possible and this is one way of doing it.

a quick fix would be to make the stacks of arrows and pots non-seperatable.

Simple but effective. It shouldn't be to difficult to do that imo (version 1.034 ?

).

Immortality tried to spam me with my sos bow from 2 million to 200k in exchange (too smart for him)

Two more tried to spam with one quality arrow and pots. I have screenshots somewhere, but I'm not feeling like finding them right now.

They're on Aege.

- DazRomania exchange scammer (changes price just before exchange)

I wouldnt call that a scam, but its funny. If it arrows description dont say anything about 3x damage, then its not really gonna deal 3x that damage.

Well damn I finally updated everything, took about an hour or so because the font was messing up badly and I had to figure out what was wrong, but I finally got it

Big thanks to everyone who contributed to the list

I plan on adding a whole guide on how to avoid getting scammed, looking out for scammers, common scams, etc... But knowing how long I procrastinated to update this, who knows how long it will take for me to write this up. If anyone is willing to do this for me I would greatly appreciate it. Send me a pm that you will do it before you start so that I don't start doing it myself and by the time I'm done someone else has already done one :banghead:

Athens: xFrEeDoMx of the guild Fallen_Heros was caught botting at x3561 y1277

I noticed she was picking up object REALLY quickly, abut she only moved towards the kill (she was using a bow) if there was a drop, otherwise she moved on. That got me curious. I asked if she was a botter in the main chat, I whispered to her, I tried to make an exchange with her and finally I started attacking and killstealing everything she targeted. She said nothing while I did it for five minutes. Clearly a bot, or a very, VERY patient person.

Another shop character on Aege, selling only 1 Arrow for 10 K: "lampiunz".
Well, the title of the shop is "ARROW 1 UNIT = 10.000 GOLD", so it's not clear if it's "really" scam, but I'd say so since it can be misunderstood VERY easily. I see this character very often, standing around in Jangan near the blacksmith.

Umm i am thinking my lil brother never will play again with my character, he doesnt speak english either write in spanish, he is 8 year old alway behind me "plz let me play"he doesnt know what is ksing etc. Btw i got a scamm here let me put a screenshot

in my opinion. Scamming is when the buyer is at a serious disadvantage of a trade, or if the buyer is seriously taken advantage of.. like 1 arrow for 100k. no one wants 1 arrow for 100k. False advertisements are considered to be scams..

any disagreements?

Read they stall title , If it say for example 1000 hp bag (almost scammer do this) them they just put 1 pot in one bag and that is scam
