I need help for the quest: Ground Purification...can someone tell me where in Jangan is the indian prince called Kushyan

There is an npc guide in the guides and tutorials section. He's on east side of jangan (upper right corner), if I remember correctly.

At the east city gate (might be west, but either way...) theres a fountain with some bridges and water and junk... behind it theres a monestary. The monk is standing right through the entryway.
