Change of build at lvl 55

Ok.. I cocked up at an early level, i went hybrid, but only 4 levels.
I switched from Blade to bow at lvl 29, then switched to glavie at lvl 53 (Cost me around $100/£50/€75 to fix my skills )

Yesterday, i got 350 silk and started work moving all my other skills into frie from ice/force.

My ice is now at 44, but fire at 41, my force at 32.

I hit harder with the maxed book of fire.. the second one.

Do you think i should lvl fire to 45 and get the first one on the third book?

I want to keep ice where it is for the buffs.. though i de-lvled my power guard or ice.
