i think its done by who has the best connection to the server - stays online..

personally i can stay on any char of mine indefinitely .. .but sometimes, getting into the server on a weekend can be a different story

talk to chaby, I think hes from croatia.... sorry if I'm mistaken. He can give you the details on stability.

I had a union mate play from there and he had major ISP stability issues.

If they had an AH then there would be enough room for you :D

And no lame stall :x

And you'd sell more. The whole server can browse your item -.-

20 kbs is Dial-Up. Try upgrading to Broadband.
And the 24Mbs is a Japan thing, but you have to live close to the ISP's building for that kind of speed.

I have what my ISP says is "3Mb", but I have yet to go above 300KBs. >.>

I only seem to get disconnected when riding a horse. I can only stay on them for about 3 mins before I dc. I'm guessing it has something to do with the fact that Im moving faster so the game has to load faster.

In sweden 10 and 100mbit is a basic connection  Im on a 8/1Mbit but still get "disconnected" every now and then.. Im thinking about upgrading to 24mbit it would only cost 20€ more..

Too much activity seems to get you dc'd quick, being in town standing still often ends up in no movement and the a dc message. Outside the citys it's quite rare to get a dc. When you stall you just aim the camera at the sky and open lots of game windows, that seems to keep it from dc'ing.

3Mb is different than 3MB.... megaBITS vs megaBYTES.

with a 3mb connection you are lookin at about 300KB download speeds, so thats correct.
