Start of this year was @ Xian:
Weap Elix: 250-300k
Prot Elix: 70-100k
Elements are about 1k each except wind 2, 4 and water 4 (I see also fire 2 for 2k each O.o )
Specific prices about SoS, not a clue...Pretty overpriced tho =)
/Edit: Nice you start a guide like this but I dont think it is very usefull (atleast, the price part) cuz the prices will keep changing =)

You never know what is useful. Thats why I am dating the stuff so I will have a "history" of prices.

elements were about 100 gold per level i.e. 400g each for lvl 4 100 for lvl 1. wanted ones were about 1k.

As far as I know, SoS 7th degree, at the moment, +5s are worth up to about 60 mil.
All of these are current prices.
As far as elements... the rare ones, are up to 3k an element. Not so rare ones, as lowas 1k a piece, sometimes lower.
