okay when i first got the cursed hearts quest i found like 30 in a row and i cashed them in, and now i havent found one in a month.... o_0

Hmmm.... sounds like you forgot to take the quest again, everytime, when you give that quest and get some skill reroll potions, you need to take that quest again from NPC called Bori
