So my monkey died/gt ran out last night, and earlier today I went on the sro site to get mroe silk.
I clicked charge with paypal, and for some reason it messed up, and it said I couldn't do it again because you can only do it once if it messes up. It says the block will be reset at 00:00 silkroad time and when I did it it was 06:00 silkroad time It's now 10:00 silkroad time.. 14 more hours I'm heated as hell
That sucks, are a lot of people still using gold tickets? The next cap will be 9 months away to a year, assuming people were capped at 70 you'd only need 10% a day to be capped in 3 months and then bored again for another 6-9 months. Better off just buying a monkey and taking 6 months to cap as well as doubling your chances of finding a sun weapon, even then your still bored for half a year lol
i think a lot of sro players, play to get capped and farmed quickly then pvp and stuff later ig. i think a lot of players dun like to grind thats why so many bots =P at cap do stuff like pvp and alchemy and make monies and stuff, so yah prolly a lot of gt still being sold even if 90 cap isnt comig soon.

Levels 72-74 I could get almost 20% in a day (with GT) IF I found an empty area. Its now harder as areas are more crowded and the monsters are closer to my level. If you thought the caves were bad wait a month or so and takla will be impossible to grind in with too many players and not enough monsters. At least gear will be readily available then.
My ticket expires in 9 days, I won't hit 80 by then. I don't intend to buy another ticket. It's a toss up between leveling to 80 without one or starting a 3rd new character.

this has been happening to me for the last 3 weeks, i cant buy silk at all. welcome to the world of nubs with no silk.
I doubt it will be as bad as the caves, that was just rediculous having some rooms only holding 1 person, the best way is don't get a spot in the desert just keep on running around. Or set your pet to grab equipment and gold only that way you can run around the whole desert killing anything you want without having to worry about picking up 50 stacks of different elements, you can grab any elixers or decent tabs yourself. That way you've always got a decent spot to grind in.
Works better if you have a lot of gold cuz you can just buy elements instead of picking them up.
As for a GT, if your not that fussed about pvp then buy a monkey only, all a GT does is give you double exp for 3 hours. If you can get 20% a day then 10% a day is still great, double your chances of sun drops, double the amount of gold etc
