A SOx shield doesn't give that much more defence then a normal shield... since the defence' numbers are always small compared to the next shield of that degree. It's just the way it looks and the easy BR upping it's got

You don't know what's in front of those digits...
You can tell by the colour of the numbers, if it had another number before them it would turn the numbers bright purple, until a currency hits 100m+ it's that pink colour and then blue when you get a billion, so he does have 19 mil and yellow until you get 10 mil, maybe even a white amount somewhere too, a mil or less perhaps. Haven't played for at least a month so I can't quite remember, not only that but it's years since I had less than a mil too lol
