can't charge silk (VBV)

Can't charge silk when i try it give me an error 9999 and say there is an error with VBV, i've tryied to register to CC at VBV but my bank isn't there... I'm with Desjardins, Québec-canada.

anyone have an idea how I can get silk?

erf dont have remember my paypal pw and I dont receive the paypal mail with pw recovery -.-

choose pay with paypal and choose the cc option at the bottom of the page

oh well now it give me the 00:00 message can't use it -.- and I didn't even try to do a paypal payment yet -.-

ok i've tryied paypal today and it doesn't work -.- it say my Credit Card number is invalid ... I mean wow it's a credit card Ihave in my hand why it's invalid when I can use it everywhere?
