union leader

my union leader is not playing no more. Other guilds want to join the union and there is no union leader to add those in. I know you can vote for new guild master. How about union master? Can all guild master in the union vote for a new leader? Thanks

Union leader is the same as the lead guild leader.

guild leaders cant vote for new union leader...
the only way is for the guild to vote a new leader by themselfs

Here is the problem: the union leader's guild moves to new server. They aren't playing no more. I guess the only way is to abandon the union. thanks for reply
