How does the mastery skills go now?

I mean, some ppl tell me u can level up any mastery til 80. That u can level up even more the buffs and all this stuff.

How does it go now?

Level: 6X
Weapon: Str (with 10points to INT) Glavier Fire / cold / light
Wearing: Garment
Status: Farming

You can level up any mastery, but no new skills ....so level up the mastery only for for damage...
