Who needs a bow to SP farm? Not me =P

Becoming bored with the cave nightmare I decided I would create a noob character, and found a nice lvl 16 spear.

I bought (yes folks, I actually bought it) some silk and astralled the mofo with dreams of owning a +7 sosun spear :roll:

But I'm too chicken to go past +5.

Anyways, I had some nice alchemy luck last night and thought I would share it with you -

I failed with the first STR stone, then tried the next and hey presto chango

I never did so well with int and str stones before.

I do have some nice armour and protector stuff, and after playing with horsies for a while I found my 9 gap and at lvl 22 went out with a guildy with res to see what I could farm on.

Hyungs are pretty nice, 1SP per kill no GT

Scorps are not too hard if I'm careful, and 464 per kill is sweet

I might go flowers, cos of the drop rate but then scorps give me Wind 2

Black yeohas are same as flowers for SP, and reds are a bit too strong, but good for delevelling :wink:

If I get GT I will be getting some kikazz SP farming.

start a pure str, leave him at 16, and go get 2 sp per kill w/out gt and farm like crazy!!

I recommend you to farm at the den or something near to your lvl, Scorps and Hyung can give you good sp per kill, but its cost u alot of pots, you have to make runs back and forth, those r time wasted. Not to mention that you can't 1 hit them.

With archers its better, 1 hit 1 ded, u get almost 0.5sp.

P.S. i have to agree with you abt the sox bows, i prefer somoon/sosun glavie/spear for sp farming as it guarantee a 1 hit kill at the den cheaper too.

It's costing me nothing in pots.

I am using som and sosun armour, with lots of parry and str and int.

I'd really like to know how much SP you can gain in 1 hour by farming like that. I'm using a SoSun lv 16 bow +5. I farm at bandits and get roughly 1200-1400 sp an hour with gold ticket. I two hit them with imbue and there's always one to hit.

At lvl 16 I was one hitting bandits, but only a 3 gap

Sure wish I had found the spear before I hit lvl 13.

I really had no intention of farming, having pushed hard to 64 in around 4 months on other char. This was just for fun, and really still is.

I am 3 hitting scorpions

which would be pretty cool if 3 hits gave me around 460 sp (900-ish with GT).

I think I like having the opportunity to vary my farming, being able to jump between mobs when I'm bored with one type.

Hi Rose, I bought the spear for 37M it was +3 and as you can see I've added INT and STR. I have been offered increasing amounts up to 60M for it so far but the sad truth for those wanting it is that I'm not selling.

It's a sweet weapon and I will continue to creat new characters that can have fun with it, and farm along side my guildies which really is more fun than doing all that alone

Wow=') Well the price is just i think,even SoM bows cost 35-40m. Yeah don't sell it, that owns!=p Look at those scorpions and hyeuncheons=p And it's supposed to be a lvl 16 weapon :wink:

Its really the spawn rate at the archers that makes it a ideal farm spot, not the fact that you're hitting red mobs with a Sosun Weapon. I have a Sosun level 24 bow and farming is still much slower than at level 16. I can kill more than 10 archers while you get the mob to half health.

Did you just say red scorps are good for deleveling? Are you sure you're gonna run all the way there just to lose 2%? Get naked and let the earth ghost pwn you like good old traditional farmer
