Is Bloody fan or Castle Shield a bug?

Anyone who is playing Ksro,do u guys see ppl using Bloody fan or castle shield can move around like our Isro?

i believe we all very keen to know the answer coz we wouldnt wana waste our hardwork sp.

I'd say "Silkroad is not a bug, it's a feature" in a vain attempt to be funny, but I don't think it'll work.

I would say not a bug. The behavior changed in ways to dramatic to write it off as a bug. Before they would go till your MP ran out. Now they go for 15 sec max with a cool down time of almost twice that. Also you used to not be able to move before where now you can. It it were a bug etc you would expect to see it more unbalanced. As it is now it is quite nice and rather balanced. They have taken a once rather useless skill and made it one of the most important ones.

well it takes on 77 sp to max out the first book of the fan, instead of the original 1280sp, i would jump on it like soysauce on rice

Hehe Nachels hit 2-180 dmg on me when I run that thing (usually on giants)
