Well, obviously stolen Social Security Numbers in kSRO Registry are against the law in Korea, but in America is there any possible penalty for that? That is to say, can we in
any way, shape or form take advantage of the fact that there are Korean SSNs on the web and use it to harm someone in Korea or siphon money from them, even if we wouldn't use it? Does anyone know if one can, or is likely to be prosecuted in America for this? Thanks.
Another way of looking at this is would you, as an American (or European, or Brazilians, or... well you get what I mean), mind if your social security number was available to millions of Koreans at the click of a mouse?
