Technically the look on that monster matches the Earth ghost soldier one in cave which is lv 66. But the attributes do not match. And the Earth ghost soldier in cave is called "Earth ghost soldier" and this one is called "0". It's like I wrote earlier from the monster summon event scroll, used by someone around lv 64+.
