im having the same problem, my acc got block for chargeback, im in the proces of confirming via paypal, but i dont know what to do next this happend to me friday november 24 2006 .... any info would be well apriciated xD

well i've had that happen to someone i know and they never got the problem solved so i wish i could help but i will keep you posted if i hear anything. Also you might want to check out the offical forums to see if they have a solution there. Again srry i couldn't be more help.

ive posted on joymax questions and answers, in sro forums bug report, just to know the reason cuz i dont have problems whit my bank or whit my cc, ive paid it (more than i need to pay) i never got money back so i dont know why is charback whit no cash back .... so ill keep in mind the guide proposall if i get it solved, and i also be in touch here for any progress !!!
