magic balance

whats the magic balance of a level 70 100% pure int with all int 5 jewelry weapon and gear im at 113% at 64im thinking about 120%?

doubt it. I'd say its 113%-114%

Advice on a lvl 70 from a 3x, rofl.

I think it is 115% - 120%. Seen someone like that before but can't remember.

I have also seen someone with 100% phy and mag balance. (hybrid and 100% of all str / int)

its probably more than that. I have int 3 (100%) on all of my garms and on my bow.. so i have 33 out of 33 possible int and im 117% mag balance..with int 5 wuldnt it just be higher %?

I tried it with the built calculator and it says that its 115% mag balance at lvl70 with 60 int on the equip and weaps etc.

umm yeah but when the 3x sees someone with full sos 8th and int maxed out he can be quite knowledgeable about this. Well, most I've seen is 113 or 114% i dont remember and he was almost maxed out. Anyway....

at lvl 70, a mag balance of 113% is highest for us spear nukers and 115% for S+S guys...

does mag balance effect at all the damage you recieve from mag attacks?
or is it only mag def?

oh and wats the highest phy balance?
