Is this ring special or what?

I had this ring since before the alcemy update, when it seems there was no upper limit on item stats. Just want to know if anyone else has seen other items with 101%+ stats, and if it's worth anything. I've also got a pair of earrings with 117% zombie reduce, but dont have a screenie. Cheers.

its from before the %'s were added...
low level stuff..i doubt is worth much

A 17% ice reduce ring would be worth very much. Even if it was low level.

i have one thats 200% lol i think its like 19% for a low lvl like 2nd degree.. o.o
