Problem registering for korean yahoo

ok i get all my info entered, Everything should be fine.
But when i click the bottom left button on the page which
i guess is accept nothing happens. It's like the button is disabled, Anyone know what to do to get this to work?

It won't let you have a kSRO account even if you have a kYahoo account, sorry.
