SG dude...I think you should better search up on Chaby's posts lately...It's just not Rom and (LTF)GuyLafleur from this thread but me and Kay-J too and most likely much more people on the general discussion section, our tolerance for his bitching is getting worned out excessively. This is just so u know, u dont have much back up with you, if you side with his bitching.

Im pretty sure that the users who are banned need to log off before the banning goes through. That's why after banning members, quite often you see them dc in the company of a GM.

My guess would be that he didn't get dced, I've seen it happen on Greece with a few CCFers where they have been told they are banned, but say all there global sobby goodbyes then logout.
