It doesn't matter what or how you do anything with the site - if they are offering you that much, it's for the NAME.

Take the money before they decide a different website name sounds better. Maybe you'd get more if you have more traffic/content/whatever - but probably not.

Grab the money quick - then toss a few million my way for giving you the best advice you could ever follow.

My advice take the money and dont look back .

But TBH it seems a bit outlandish your site is not google or shop.com if the offer is real take it you would be a gool not to.

lol i know think about it: youtube was like, 1.2Bil was it? I mean come on, do you think your site is worth more than twice of what youtube is AFTER youtube established itself as the most successful video website? well youtube loses money everday. Google is trying to reverse that since they have a bigger name and thus advertisements will cost more.

however, its pretty outlandish for a NEW website to be offered 2.9 billion. Especially one that is new, and not even hosted on individual private servers. Nice try. There is no way your website will be offered 2.9 billion if myspace and facebook combined would not even amount to that much.

That's exactly the same thing that I have trouble believing about this. A new website, made 2 days ago, already has a 2.9 bil offer, and an invitation to go to the buyer's house. If he was this quick to offer, why didn't he offer on the far better known myspace? :shock:

Not trying to be rude, but it does seem pretty unbelievable.

If you posted something in a fourm, you expect ppl to give you some feedbacks either they are positive and negative.

Just another note, getting 2.9 billions is like winning the lottery 30+ times .

Considering I make roughly 50k a year, it will take me 5800 years to make 2.8 bils. :banghead:
