How does it work does that mean every day for a month i can get 100% exp increase cause it says total usable time is 24 hours.. i was hoping to get a good explanation on this and how the 1 day works

3 hours a day for a whole month you get exp bonus. if you dont spend your 3 hours in one day (24 hours) they roll over to the next day so you get 6 hours. If you dont spend the first 3 hours they get erased by the third day of not being used.

Also, it doesn't count down until you are actually it combat (20 seconds after you start), so if you stop somewhere for a minute it stops counting down, then starts again when you start.

If you go in Party it doesn't run. Which is useful if you want a break from grinding and decide to play Thief for a bit, you go in party and your GT doesn't count down while in party.

When done and ready for grinding again, drop the party, get into battle and off it starts again.

It will give you twice the XP and SP while it's running, and lives in a little icon at top of your screen, so you can watch where you're at.

Important detail. It needs to be an exp share party.

How to change exp sharing?
If I form a party I cannot change anything about exp sharing or item distribution.

if you don't want to use your gold:
click P, click set, select the top box of the left option, click OK and then form a party

if you do want to use your gold:
click P, click set, select the bottom box of the left option, click OK and then form a party
