Eh, he had a case until he started talking about how he bots/buys gold/does stupid shit and friends hack him.

Even if the TOA says you can't sue them and all property belong to Joymax, because this recent hacking spree was a direct result of their negligence and incompetence, you have the grounds to sue them. Since this guy said he does all these illegal things, it pretty much nulls his case. If there was a legit who got hacked and there were lots of them, AND you had proof that this was a result of a database leak, you could easily win a class-action suit.

Just like Sony's case, or any place that has a sign or paperwork saying you can't sue them blah blah blah. That's just a cover. When the blame is completely on the company and a result of their negligence, you have a winning case there.

If a laundromat has a sign that says we are not responsible for dmged clothing and you sign a piece of paper saying you won't hold them responsible, that only holds up if you damage the clothes and try to blame them. If they take your clothes and piss all over them and burn them and you have direct evidence of that, you can still sue and win.

you certainly wont find more then 100 legits to back up your case that all 100 legits were hacked AND prove it was in response to the jm database hacking.

you are more likely to sue joymax for breaking there own ToS by claiming that all bots are illegal and them not doing anything about it...

thats like saying "stealing is illegal if you are caught you will be put in prison" and yet only a small minority dont steal...
