About New Job System.

I'm really bored of leveling up my thief job now doing same quest all over again.
Can anyone explain how this new job system work, like how to create job items and shit. Can we still do old trade runs like before.

I read some guide before but it seems like I cannot find that thread now =(.

I still don't get it. I always do trade my specialty goods but I got nothing in return.

You have to "settle" the consigment trade to get your blue/black stones and a ticket .

yes I tried many many items and settle but the npc won't give me black stones or anything. But i have no problem collecting specialty goods cuz I just loot it in some bot parties.

You have to be wearing a job suit , if you are already wearing one then maybe the Npc is bugged or something .

Yes I wear job suit all the time when I talk to smuggler but even after few hours or days after I begin traing the specialty goods the npc won't give me anything at all. It has some notifications that you have already settle or no settlement to complete.
