I wear 2 parts atm with +2 on it (regular gear)... My old set had 2/3 parts too with +2. Normal Grade B is quite common for accessory and gear. I have never seen a B grade wep or shield elix.

Until I see proof, There are no normal B Adv elixirs for Weapon/Shield.. Gear/Acc are common.

normal B for Acc and Cloth are very common. Weapon and Shield are very rare. I only saw 2 items in our server with adv +2 normal weapon but never saw shield.
