Prerequisite for Traces of Niya Civilization Quest?

Myself and a few others are having the problem to where the quest is not available. I am level 79 which it would/should have been available at level 68 for me and i've done all the quests in Jangan, DW, and Hotan but this one is still not coming up. Is there a connector or prerequisite to this quest?

If that is the one with Niya Mages, then yes, I had problem with it too.
I couldnt find it either.

Hm, i didn't find it either. I guess it's not there anymore. There used to be no prerequisite for that quest.

bit of outdated information but at least it informs you on who gives the quest. if its not showing up try relogging as i have had that problem in hotan once.

I've relogged about 100 times since being eligible for the quest.

Btw it says quest required "none" , 1 quest won't make much of a difference anyway ^^ .

you have to do sweeping of niya archer 3 times before you can do this test no? and its from the potion merchant in hotan btw but maybe the deleted it with the update idk xD

Invisible - Its repeatable 3 times at 8mil a pop i'd like to make a choice of whether or not I want the 24 mil. And as far as requirement its obviously bunk as I have pointed out I am not the only one "bugged" there are 2 others in my guild and others in my guild who have the quest in question.

Jaksje - Already did archers all 3 times. The quest was not deleted with the updates, people do have it currently.

About the only thing I can think of that may be different is Soboi and Mamjo's last wish quest where there are 2 paths to take for the reward. One is xp the other is gold, I'm pretty sure I took the xp like the others who have the Niya quest available but I'm not 100% positive as it was turned in during a close gap session where I turned in 20 other quests I had "banked" for after farming. It's possible I took the wrong choice and that is screwing me on the Niya Mages quest but I have no facts to back it up.

There was a 3 time repeatable quest at hotan that you can only take at night, hope it is that one , if so then wait till you see the moon shining and get it .

That is the only exception i could think of , that and the quest that only 5 players can get it everyday .

No, something's still amiss. I did the niya mages quest on Iris and don't remember doing anything at a specific time or with specific # of players. All our guildmates - the ones that could - did that quest when we partied there.

I think, in the new system of quests there is a quest from Boat Ticket seller agomon or something who asks you to hunt 300 shaman.
he is there between east and south gates of hotan outside the city. Try completing his quest and then getting traces of niya remains from potion merchant.
I haven't tried it myself, but it might work

Aredy done that quest but still noting
