Just found this from Joymax forums... some guy was claiming that he got mail that they WOULD do rollback back, but it was HOAX so other guy posted the real mail that you receive if you put up an call for rollback...

BTW if they really wanted to do rollback they didn't wait for this long, cause the damage that have done now cannot be restored (silk bought and stuff) it's almost impossible to refund the silks
