Asking about avatar dress magic option

I search alot of info about avatar dress magic option
Some said 5% dmg with 3% ignore monster defense.
But what is the reason of choosing this?
Is it 4x5% dmg not the good? is good right? because it granted 20% dmg total?
so what is the reason we doesnt choose this?

You can only do 1x5% damage increase.

Because not all stats can be taken multiple times .

1*5% damage increase , 4*1% ignore monster defence , 4*1% lucky , 1*5% attack rating increase and a few other stats that aren't that good imo .

Attack rating isn't worth it to put at an avatar dress , you can easily buy 30% attack rating increase scrolls and they are cheap .....
