Skill updates(not job skills) with legend 7?

Well, I was browsing rev6, doing some sp calculation, and I noticed that it says "Skill Calculator Version 1.4 isro Legend 7"

It shows the job skills, so that's cool. BUT THEN, i noticed that for Chinese speed, ghost walk god was first available at level 106, now it says available 94% at level 92 and it goes up to 110% for 108 lightning. Could this new legend here in a few weeks really bring skill updates like these?

I think it's very likely. I mean, hey, Joymax doesn't announce every singe change they make. Besides, this is already a huge update, so why not one more change?
I'm not saying it's gonna change, but I'm just saying that it's not very unlikely.

Ksro already has this. But since this is about balancing Euro and China, idk if it'll come to isro along with the other changes for skills.

I think it's coming, as you said. This update is about balance.
