Lv90 Inventory Expansion

Is there A quest for 3rd inventory expansion? if there is, where should I get it?

It's been a while...but i think its on roc mountain somewhere, hunting rockys i believe..or maybe that was a lower lv one.

collecting 40 rocky feathers and u can get the quest at some npc in wind town.

I wasn't really grinding in roc mt. cuz I just reach Lv90+ recently(after 110cap). So Most of the time I grind in Jangan Cave.

P.S. Found it, but drop rate is too low, idk if its worth to finish.

it took a long time to quest and I was bored like hell cuz the drop rate was so slow and mobs spawn rate also slow and they are too far from each other, but it was worth it. got extra 4 slot as reward. I though it will give me only 2 slots.

I got like 50pcs of "Vigor of Roc Mountain" Quest item and idk what's the use of it. any ideas?
