When is "high lvl" to YOU?

Personally, I would say around 80-85

High level mean you can do stuff that require high level players like FW,Jobbing,Unique Hunting(Not the low level uniques).That can't be 80-90.

~10 lvls from "cap", so lvl 100 now i suppose,
at the 80 cap, lvl 70 was "high" ect.

High level I've gotten to is 48.
So, I consider anyone above 60, more or less, to be a high level.
Well, not a high level, I just see everyone below it to be noobish.

This I can agree with. 80 + takes 3 mobs without prem for 0.01 % on a 0 gap
Without quests that's roughly 30,000 mobs PER level.

You can achieve level 100 in 2 or 3 months. With 24/7 powerlevel up to 85 then 8/8 party to your way up.

110 cause im in 11dg already. My char is 105 near to 106 so all who are higher are high lvl for me. Still theres a big difference between those lvls.

plus all who are Baron or better are too cause Im still Baronet (105 Quest takes some time without a group
