best way to farm?

ok so i just made lvl 92. just enough sp to be FF for that lvl im a rogue/cleric btw. i literally have no more than 10k sp. so i closed my gap to 0 now. and was wondering which is the fastest way to farm. lvl up open my gap as i lvl?
or only lvl my mastery then when i have a 9 gap get curst hearts and lower the mastery. i also heard at 100(?) you get these unlimited quests which you can do over and over and they give you a butt load of sp.

0 gap all the way, lvl up only essential skills (depending if you solo or like to 8pt).

you will make atleast 1m sp from 101-110, and almost the same from quests.

I usually gap 9 until next degree. So yeah, i'd increase my gap at the same rate i level up.
