For once it seems that Joymax have actually fixed some annoying bugs!
Take a look at this:
[Update] - Rise of the Unique Event has been opened - GM Lounge in the Forum saction has been added * GM Lounge will be managed by our official GMs. Please enjoy vibrant discussions with your favorite GMs.
[Patch] - Player who have the trade option disabled will no longer have problems with stall network or moving items to other slots even if another player continuously requests for a trade. - The message displayed after withdrawing the Roc the Monster Bird quest item from storage has been fixed. - Skill Reallocation potions gained as prize from in-game events can now be used normally. - The problem when the player uses duplicate skill to another player who wears cape to be made as muderer status has been fixed. - The problem when the player uses scon skill to another player who talks to temple NPC has been fixed. * When the player opens the map in Qin shi tomb, there's Jangan map that pops up. We will fix it as soon as possible.

That's true, but at least they're starting to do something, lol. I'm kinda suprised of what Joymax have been doing lately, lol. Doesn't really look like their normal kind of style. I know that GNGWC is still undergoing but whatever, as long as they're doing something
Not sure if you guys remember but there was a thread saying there were some new owners to JM. They hold 30% of the share now so I guess they are probably the ones that are making this happen.
