G15 keyboard

I got this hawt little thing from logitech, and I'm wondering if there's ways to make an lcd display for sro. I have no idea how they make them for other games. Anyone know much about that kind of thing?

From the review I read on those they are VERY limited as to what games the are compatible with for the LCD display. There was a very short list of games that would actually show anything on that display. 99% of them were FPS games.

I looked at the list that's on logitech site, not many there. It in fact supports many, because when I ran it's little program, it said it was compatible with Doom 3 and GW

I bought a g15 keyboard in hopes to help my SP farm when I was lvl 16ish in bandit farm. The macro capability of the G15 won't work with SRO online since gameguard blocks it.

wow it even blocks hardware macros?

No, but the G15 uses its software / drivers to run macros.

Older keyboards are hardware driven, equivalent to pressing keys.

Just like the dell keyboard doesnt work without its running process.

Hmmm... I just made a really simple one, 1. Imbue 3. soul truth, 4 ghost spear. Went after a white spider, used the assigned button, and it worked just fine...

Someone that got banned a few months ago had the buttons like that and posted on tavern that that is why they got banned. Don't know if that is all truth, just a friendly warning.

I wouldn't use a macro for actually leveling, the same set of skills isn't always ideal, and have to do improptu. If I used it, probably will only use it for buffs.

In any case, I would still have to be there, and push buttons and such, so I really don't see how it would be a bannable offense.
