Strange, but no one mentioned Int build. On 60 cap level you could take many masteries and if u use them good = win, Nuker weak def is compensated with hp. KB/Stab/stab-> Ghost = win

5 mastery nukers is OP, Fire imbue, all buffs and Heuksal + bicheon. Imagine this painful build with huge dmg

It wasnt even too many masteries at 70 cap sir.

300 mastery limit was up till 110 cap.
Then they decided to be nice to you all and give you 30 extra mastery.

@Noobs_Slayer, There were some decently strong int builds, but they took a lot of work to get there. All someone had to do was lvl fire and glavie at 60 cap and they were pretty much set. Also you have to remember, the skills and stuff have really changed over the caps. Like iron wall, and there wasn't any snow shield or status effects. Stabs were ok but not that strong. Basically if you liked long pvp you made str if you liked fast pvp you made int.

everyone thought it was going to be 300 all the way, double down, because joymax represenatives told us it would be. they said as chinese youre better off selecting only two masteries and sticking with them because some day well end up having to do so anyway. this was a means to force diversity and balance. then they got more and more money hungry that and they realized they had a fuckload of noobs on their hands that didnt understand the concept they were trying to promote.

at 60 cap even now, i'd say ints wouldnt do as well as str...
the hp bonus isnt that large yet from galvie passive, the weapons don't have that high of mag to hit too hard yet and snow shield at 60 is like 40%? not sure about that though.

60 blader or galvie would be good (bow doesnt get kb yet) and both got enough hp to live through int nukes...

but best at 60 i'd is is rogue or warrrior with cleric or warlock subs.... mainly because they got their main skills by 60 (and later lvls only up damage) where as chinese still dont have their best skills yet.

Playing a rogue/cleric when I was 60, I can say no other chinese lv 60 had beaten me unless they had sun items (I didn't have any btw). Warriors were 50/50 depending on who crit more often. wizards was who got first hit in.

70 cap = Era of the Glavie (Also the Era of most fun isro had to offer)

80 cap = The Era of imbalance (Enter the Euros)

90 cap = Era of the bow and Nukers (Bow getting KB and Snow shield for Ints)

100 cap = No (Chinese) class in particular

110 cap = Era of wondering whats to become of this game

You can agree with it... but its still wrong. First bladers were horrible at 60 cap. Glaviers were top build. 80 cap was when snow shield came out and when iron wall and bloody fan were fixed. Also 80 cap was split into first half(lvl 80 cap with 70 skills Chinese only) and second half(Updated skills to lvl 80 and added Euros) 100 cap was Bow ftw. 110 = most changes made in a single cap... IMO.
