LUCKY ATTRIBUTE - PLS HELP

The more and more I play this game, the more I hate some people surounding me!!! All are ..... phylosophers...

Well here's a question:

WTF is that LUCKY ATTRIBUTE on weapon?
When does it get used?
DOES IT EVER GET USED???

lucky increaces the chances for a successful alchemy attempt when using elixirs on an item

Pls be more specific!

Does lucky attribute only worth on item with it,
or it increases chances of enchantment of all your items, globaly?

Lucky is like using a lucky powder when trying to + an item. Use elixir and 1 lucky is used. Only good for the item it is on.

Lucky ONLY comes into affect at +5 to +6 and so on I believe. And even yet, it never works or makes a difference. Seems to be more successful with no lucky on it (coming from a guy that's added roughly 20 luck stones to 1 weapon in order to +7).
