I once called joymax about an illegal program ban. They unbanned my account once they realized they had made a mistake. Even herooo got an account unbanned... but this was many years ago.

If you do decide to call Joymax in Korea get a phone card.

They're not willing to unban me, yet they do not want to show me evidence or even tell me what software I used. It's pathetic that they can just ban like that and not needing to give any evidence of what you did wrong. I honestly don't bot and don't know which software might cause some bugs or whatever with Silkroad, I don't even think I have such software ... This is really really sad ...

From what I hear, Joymax "customer support" really isn't, so I am guessing this outcome isn't unexpected, regardless of innocence or guilt.

Maybe the overcrowded servers are increasing maintenance costs of their servers, so they're going to start banning random people to lessen the server load. ^^;;
