They aren't even in game, Those are most likely outside commands from a console... If you are new to SRO, you have much to learn.. one big thing is nobody expects to see a gm anymore and not many people care to.

All you hypocrites want active GM's and when you get it (even though it's probably a pre-programmed auto-announce and not a real person), you complain still. There is just no pleasing some people.
