Alchemy Question

OK

Say i have a +4 weapon with astral 1/imm 1 And i use an advanced elixir to +5.. Then say I use a weapon elixir to +6 and it fails.. does the enchantment reset to +4 or does it stay at +5 since it gets +1 from the weapon elixir.. thanks for any help

when you fail and that weapon has an astral, weapon will stay +4 (ofc just when you are trying +5 and more)

I failed a Sun staff +9...it had "+1 Elixir used"...
well it had astral and as a result it was +5^^

That is because it has that new alchemy item used. Which gets a weapon either +1 or +2 for ever.

Astral will keep it on +4. Even if you use a A or B elixer afterwards

This wont change the effect of the astral .

and for the people who dont know what astral is:

Its a silk item that can be used in alchemy that prevents an item of +4 or higher to go lower than +4 if it fails a +5 +6 +7 or higher +

But you would need immortal as well to prevent the item from destroying (+5 or higher +)
And also need Steady to prevent it getting Dura reduce or even repair invaled (+5 or higher + )

explain:
if you have a weapon +5 without astral, its fails it will become +1 doesnt it?
so with astral it will become +5. i dont know if this is true.just my 2cents;)
