Need verification on effect level.

I'm pretty sure I know this, but I just want to double check. Right now, I only have enough skill for a few things maxed at 102 than i'll start farming. I'm thinking of keeping nukes and kd at 96, and maxing my debuffs to 102 so i'll get all the debuffs level 11. I'm Bich, Fire, Ice pure int.

I think the debuffs level 10 don't work as well on 11d wearing ppl so if i can just get it to the first lvl 11, i'll have better chance of putting stuff like bleed, divi, stun etc. on ppl. Is this a safe assumption?

I already have the bich debuff skills at 96 and the 100 chain at 100. Not very farmed, but half-ass cuz i wanted the new skills =P. I'll start farming after 102 with temple runs. Should be more entertaining than same ole grinding.

Yes, it's a safe assumption ... I knew a Warrior / Warlock that had the bleed DoTs up to the first lv10 effect and it worked fine... you only need to get Lightning Chain to like lv15 ....you said up to 96, so I guess you got like 2 / 3 lvls to go on it
