Question about Sealed Adv Elix.

Can you get Sealed Adv Elix from destroying Magic POP items?

One can't even destroy pop items, so one will obviously not get a "Sealed Adv Elix".

One can obviously destroy pop items, but one will not get anything except 1 of each element of that degree.

Thanks, i know that you can destroy POP items, just not that they do give adv elix or not.
