quest help? The Sparkling Bone Powder

Hi .can someone pls help me?i am stuck. i have quest named:The Sparkling Bone Powder and i must take it from Speciality Trader Kaella?
but i don`t find her.i ceck map like 5 times and have no clue. the quest is to collect 50 Ure`uth wings bones.(mobs from labyrinth)
if anyone made the quest pls help me to find the NPC Kaella,and i would also appreciate if someone can tell me a good site where i can find detailed quest from 11d.

Check the speciality trader in Alex south, different name but maybe the fcked up with the names in the description. If she's not it check all the speciality traders in every town I guess.

Hit H ingame then go to quest to see all the quests you got up to your own level. http://sro.mmosite.com might have them all, not sure though. They do have maps with all the npc's from the other towns.

thx but i already done all the thing u suggested,the post here was my lst chance.i guess is another joymax bug like the one from Roc with the teleport or maybe i am just blind , thx a lot for help anyway. really appreciate it ,

It's not a bugged quest.. the quest npc is located in Red Ground near bloody hyenas my guild mate was having the same problem finding her but eventually he did and Grats on 104 I guess

Yea there are 2 special good sellers in Alex one where I mentioned above near Red Ground the area before the Chaos Maze and the other one is near those 109 penon looking monsters Akber or something... dunno how you can trade from there though all the mobs are agro and hit so hard ox would hardly stay alive for a sec or 2
