Well They dont have low lvls , and they dont party that much and i dont have time to play now ,coz of school

from what I remember powerlvl is allowed below level 30, so you can get in the free ong plvl parties. Past that you'd probably have to hope for a friend to help.

Get in parties at lvl 30, keep 4-5 gap and you may be ok.

Forgot to tell you: If you have no money, what my friend told me to do was grind to lvl 5, get 6k, scroll to Samarkand, run to Roc Mtn area and pick up bot or player drops. Tablets, xl pots, materials, w/e. Since you can res in place, you can stick around on the mountain. Should get you 200k in an hour supposedly.
