Whats the best way to make a nuker for PVE and PVP?

Best Nukers in my opinion are sword shield/ice/lightening. And not because so many players that are Nukers choose it but because along with snow shield skill and block+KD it makes sense. In party situations you are well defended and do nice damage. I myself prefer spear Nukers because I like the spear over Sword and shield.

pvp: fire ice bicheon or heuksal (bicheon for a better defense, heuksal needs kick azz gear)
pve: ice light bicheon (u won't like being slow) or ice light fire (my favourite).

gear: garment for grinding / protector for pvp.

Going pure force means you'll need to have much better gear since any of your attacks besides lion shout will cost quite a bit of mp. If someone were to drain your mp you'd be farked.

Ice Light is best if you like to solo all the time. Less to farm imo.

Fire Ice is better in pvp, in group you'll need a bard as backup for speed. Fire and Ice needs more sp if you want to truly use the walls and whatnots.

The problem with the light tree right now is after lvl 80 or so, the bonus vs sp cost is a bit high imo.
