Unless they can roam around the entire map, bots will simply move to an area where GMs haven't spawned any of them. And if they are spawned by GMs on every corner, legits themselves won't be able to grind normally. Oh and if they CAN roam around the entire map, it'll create even more problems, imagine one of them posting itself in front of the Ch'in Tomb Entrance. >.<

You understood it wrong, If YOU, yourself are 7 levels or higher the mobs will not drop anything. If ANYONE in the party is 7 levels or higher than the mobs, they will not drop anything. Euro party's still work, because they grind on mobs higher than themselves. Any form of powerparties or taxi's will not produce gold, or anything.

Yeah and anyone that ends up getting power leveled under the "no gold/drops from mobs 7 levels under" system will end up lvl 85+ standing in town naked and unable to afford any gear or weapons. They won't be able to go out and grind like that. So they'll resort to buying tons of gold.

That should make it even easier to detect gold buyers and ban them. Naked high level players suddenly buying billions worth of equipment and weapons? That gold had to come from somewhere...

I'm a lv 60 euro with 9 gap... I fight lv 45-50 mobs to get 6b tablets to blue my robes to farm with... 9 gap euro at lv 60 can only use 6d items which are 10-15 levels lower than player

The SOLUTION is to make a new ANTI HACK program. I know that they did it many times. BUT i play S4 LEAGUE too besides SRO. People usually used HACKING but now a new anti hack program is made and no one CAN open any hack programs..
JM just need to pay more money on ANTI HACk than on SILKS!!

just make game no drop/gold/exp after 8 hours of getting them each day... if they played everyday, its a 56 hour week... more than a normal "working" week lol... kids should be able to play some then do homework

If Asians can deal with that so can we. Although i would even go as far as to cut it down to 4hr/day since there are so few people except botters who can play 8 hours per day every single day.

Unless they changed the system to enable max exp/sp gain at mobs 7 lvl above you, rather than 10 now.

Its not from mobs 7 levels higher than you that you wont get exp, but from mobs 7 levels LOWER than you.

Its a very good solution.
But... They have to lower the SP/EXP requirements to level and get skill.
Or this game is just pointless.
U can cap by playing 3 hours a day back in the 80 cap.
But not now.
When u're above lvl 90.
Take it that you grind 5 hours a day.
Each hour give you 0.1%.
Good luck on capping and get FF 100.

Theres the population factor that they have to seriously consider too.
The current state of iSRO basically consist majority of botters which run their bots 24/7.
Some babysit their bots. Majority comes back n check their bot once in a while, drop a global, chat abit in uni, guild or anything.
Let say IF they limit exp/gold/sp gain after 5 hours.
Most would just log off. Gold bots are not of an issue then.
But the game would look less attractive to new comers.
Y? Its not something u can explain by words. Take 2 donut stores, one has a long queue, the other one has no one. Which one would want to buy n eat?

besides, if bots logged off, more people would get on and pvp/job after they hit their daily cap meaning people will eventually learn teamwork, well that or plvl to make gold lol

Ehm guys...
I don't know where you got that "no gold drops from mobs 7 levels lower" but it's definitely not true (or not anymore). I'm lv 39 warrior/rogue and yesterday I was finishing my inventory quest at punishers and got plenty of gold,tablet, and weapon/armor drops.
I can post a proof screen if you want.
