Is there anywhere where I can find any info on the update for jobs as to whats the highest lvl cap and info on the capes.

Go to Walmart, they usually have hunter equipment there and helpful staff.

yeah i was there earlier and they called for you in the store, but we found out you were on the toilet with the runs so after 20mins of waiting i left
