Google trends: prediction for end of SRO

Isro died since Euro update IMO.

lol SRO would have been dead long time ago if it was not of euro.

the few legits party lefts are mostly euros, chinese need more sp to be full farmed than euros (so takes longer, more people get bored and quit), a lot of people restarted characters and started from scratch with euros instead of getting bored with their chinese they been using for already some years..

anyway chinese PVE is so dull, i would have quit long ago if it was not of the 8/8 euros partys.

I enjoy playing as a Nuker, But yes - Chinse are outdated race, Force is probably the worst part, no imbue, no buffs, no nuke. And I don't know how many times this has been said: Wizards are Overpowered, they have so many skills, AoE, Dull, Freeze, Burn, Fear, Dmg Increase, Invisibility, Invisibility Detection, Def buff, KB...
And chinse doesn't have Invisibility, but I think Joymax never gona change, it's business.'

I could continue complaining about this but I don't want to start flame war...

Noticed something interesting (yet totally unsurprising) on Google trends about the popularity of silkroad online. Looks like the game reached its peak in mid 2007 and has been steadily declining ever since.



I decided to use the graph to make a prediction about when SRO will officially die, assuming a rough linear regression model.



It turns out to be around mid 2011. Who here would agree with this figure? Any better ideas using a bit more than estimation by eye and MS Paint?

Ofcourse it says something, but it´s just a keyword trend. Could also mean Google is being used less than before.

If you look at the search term: World of Warcraft and you would make such prediction, it would mean WoW will be dead at mid 2012

Everytime SRO is about to die, Joymax makes a new release. Higher cap with new equip, skills, etc.
Then they have 2 new races, wich will make things more interesting. I like SRO but bots screwed up things...and the euro´s too.

SRO will die when a fcking meteorite will crash in Joymaxes toilet.
