Yes, if you have a Devil Spirit S you can block anything (1% chance to block I think). Also if you are using the Hueskal Fan series that increase mag block rate you can block nukes/shouts.

The bower has a Devil Spirit S-Grade then. Right now you can only get those from pop-cards.

Br on the weapons is to reduce the chance a shield of the opponent will block.
