He will be able to use the advanced elixir grade B for +17. The description does not say that it can only be used for 1 to +12. It says 1-12 degree. Also the description states that u can get this elixirs from destroying items.(must be very rare)

On a site note, i cant find anything related to sro that goes beyond 12degree so i think the game will stop there. Maybe lvl 120?

Noone buys 5 bils and starts buying Suns - people buy 300-400 mils and market their way to billions, heck, you dont even have to buy silk/gold to have full Sun gear.

never say noone. most hardcore goldbuyers will buy billions to buy suns. hell, some don't even buy gold, they buy sosuns straight from those sites or from other players, suns priced up to the hundreds or thousand dollars.
300-400 mils is a joke for the average sro dedicated player who spends 100-150$ on silkroad every month.
