Why has no one bothered to call out Joymax?

What's the deal with so many online game websites not calling out Joymax? It's not slander if all they post is facts or post interviews with actual players. Game review websites like mmo, ign, etc. should do a story of how shitty JM is. This recent fiasco with the password proves how shitty they are. I've tried several time to send them suggestions for stories, but every time SRO comes up with a new article, it's how they are working so hard to make a fun game for ppl... Is all mmo and ign good for is posting bullshit coming out of a retarded bull?

Das tru... In order for these video game review sites to attract attention and maintain popularity its best for them to be in good standing with some of these MMO companies out there right now. So in other words they don't mind sucking on the d**ks of these game companies even when the game company is as crappy as joymax. Everyone selling out.

Actually it would. I can't imagine any new players joining SRO if they can just read a true review of it. "Game sucks, can't log in, no GM, all bots. Only about 10-20 real players that talk in english, rest just go afk botting or don't speak english and pk all that do."

I think of a popular site called JM out and pointed out all it's flaws, it would have 2 options. Fix them or hope that they have enough addicted hard-core players to feed their income since no new player with a brain would join. If you saw on ABC news that all XBOX 360 came with a time chip that would explode from the machine and eat your dick if you played more than 30 hours with it, would you still bother to buy it just to test it out?

so basically.. they dont call Joymax. the call silkroad.
silkroad online is in the top 5 games ive ever played. there are points that let it down. these can easily be resolved however one of us is going to have to either have a good rant at the jm headquaters OR..... hunger strike.

Game doesn't suck : find me a better f2p game and i'll leave sro in a heartbeat.
Can log in : the auto login system is a great improvement. 1 to 2 hours max, unattended.
All bots : not. There are at least 500 players per server. Same deal, find me a better community in a f2p game.

SRO is still one of the best free mmo gaming deals out there.

You've been burned, disappointed and angry. But the anger comes from the good that you lost. There was some good in the game or you wouldn't be so angry.
I had the same story, some people pissed me off in sro (the venus pseudo-legits... now they're gone to infect aion, god help the aion players).

The game itself remains good and the community also despite of all the problems.

Its kinda interesting to note that out of all the active accounts per server there is a very small amount that are joymax's customers..I'd say under 20%. In other words joymax's success rides on that 20%. The other 80% are gold bots that are supplying service to part of the active 20%.

If we (the 20%) stopped buying silk for a few months I bet you'd see some changes to the game immediately...you'd see joymax scrambling like a headless chicken reaching out to us with new adds and on the spot changes to the game..mid week server inspection to boost up sales again....we have the power...not joymax....but it seems we prefer to be united on getting screwed and complain about it and remain separate on actually doing something to force joymax's hand.

In other words... individualism and our own reluctance to do anything is the reason why joymax can continue without giving a f*ck.
